So, I haven't had a chance to watch this all the way through, but it's a TED video called "Let's raise kids to be entrepreneurs." The beginning of it is excellent. He has a narrow view of entrepreneurs (people who starts a business), but I like the theme of valuing entrepreneurship. Let me know what you think!
Decent video. He sure talks a lot about his ideas as a kid. The video at the end is pretty cool, but I TOTALLY disagree with him that you have to start your own company to be an entrepreneur. He doesn't explicitly say that, but he essentially tells us that we should raise our kids to not have jobs, but start companies.
Generation 2K is going to be interesting.

I totally agree David. His definition of entrepreneur doesn't work for me. This makes the rest of his argument less powerful.
I agree that teaching children how entrepreneurs add value to society is important. But when looking at a richer definition of entrepreneur, you can see that people with traditional educations also have added a great deal to society. The guiding light isn't about ownership in my mind, but value creation.
